A special garment is not usually needed after a facelift. If you need to wear a special garment Dr. Hudson will either put it on at surgery or give you instructions about getting one.
Many patients after a facelift are wrapped with an elasticated band, wrap or ace bandage to provide support. This often makes the patient feel more comfortable, it is questionable whether this makes any difference to the healing, or complication rate.
