Dr. Hudson has been a plastic surgeon in private practice in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and New Mexico for over 30 years. During that time he has been actively involved in the community and his skills and service have been recognized by the local government and citizens.
Dr. Hudson's contributions to Albuquerque and New Mexico are numerous and have included:
• primary sponsorship of the New Mexico Jazz Workshop
• volunteer services to the Healing the Children Foundation
• founded the tattoo removal program for gang members of the City of Albuquerque
• established New Mexico's first wound care program.
• as a result of his involvement in the community he was honored by a proclamation from the Mayor and City Council and voted Albuquerque's best plastic surgeon.
• He is a keen supporter of dressage in New Mexico and sponsored the national USDF dressage symposium featuring Conrad Schumacher.
