Over the last few years plastic surgeons have developed the technique of endoscopic or keyhole surgery in cosmetic plastic surgery. This is a modification of the technology of laparoscopy and arthroscopy. It allows the surgeon to do surgery through small incisions and therefore leave fewer scars.
