That's right; for about $1,000 plus airfare you can fly to Amsterdam and have the doctors at the Netherlands Institute for Innovative Ocular Surgery implant a heart or moon into the mucous membrane that covers your eye. Of course, you would have to get on the waiting list first (everyone wants to do it), but it's totally worth it to be the first kid on your block with a piece of metal shoved in your eye as "decoration."
